Wow, me writing twice a week? I know!! Well I decided that I couldn’t wait to next weeks blog, and a list blog was asked to do by you guys so here I am now 👏
Today I’m going to give you some healthy food snacks and ideas. Perfect for school lunches and just when you feel like giving your skin a break and keeping the calories down low 🍇
Idea 1 🍍Almonds, seeds, and nuts. Try little pots of seeds, and nuts. They are extremely healthy but also don’t let you get hungry during the day. Almonds are especially good because they have almost no calories but I adore the flavour of them!
Idea 2 🍉 Smoothies. I mention these a lot but they are a great alternative to a unhealthy snack. Perfect for breakfasts or just for a drink, rather than a fizzy one. Search along my past blogs for smoothie ideas.
Idea 3 🍓 Healthy breakfasts. Having fruit instead of fattening Breakfast is so much better. The thing with breakfasts are, people feel they need to have lots of food to be filled up for the morning. Generally a bowl of pineapple and Raspberry’s fills you up the same as co co pops and toast! Why not also try low fat yogurts and granola?
Idea 4 🍏 Replace those cheeky snacks. Its a fact that sneaky snacks during the day are the calorie toppers and sugar adding foods to your diet! Try and replace that packet of crisps or the chocolate bar with a low fat yogurt, or some fruit type bars to keep you going.
Idea 5 🍌 Oaty biscuits. Rather than snacking in on the usual chocolate digestive, why not try a healthier oaty thinner biscuit having the same effect on your body. I would recommend belvita biscuits! They are made for breakfast time but having them in the day is fine as well. There is lots of different fun biscuit flavours all just over 2 calories and no sugar! Still tasting great….
Once you start eating healthy your body gets use to it and it becomes a lot easier. Trust me. Also exercising obviously makes a huge difference too.
But guys – don’t go trying stupid juice diets or starving yourselves, doing this ^ Is just fine! If you only try a couple of them above that’s absolutely okay, don’t stress about it.
